All items (which include, but are not limited to images, text, videos and/or audio files) listed on the vPyro website and/or forums, are the express copyright of vPyro and it's members.

Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any unauthorised use of any material from this site without prior written-consent of the administration of vPyro is prohibited.

We reserve the right to change, remove, edit or reformat this document itself, the forums, the website or any component directly or indirectly linked or associated with vPyro without any forewarning or notice. vPyro disclaims all responsibility for any and all mistakes or inaccuracies in the information presented. vPyro disclaims all liability for loss or damage which could, in exceptional circumstances, result from the use of information on this website. By using our website, you agree to not hold us responsible should any loss occur.

Donations and Premium Subscriptions

All members are offered the chance to either donate to the site or purchase a Premium Subscription package on a time scale of their choosing. They are completely optional and upon receipt of your donation/subscription payment, we are not obliged to provide any extra service or courtesy to you except promoting you to Premium Membership status.

The features and functions of Premium Membership are non-negotiable and we are not obliged to offer anything other than what is promised. We cannot be held responsible if your access to these features is removed or altered by circumstances out of our control.

Furthermore, once the exchange of money has been made, the ownership is transferred to vPyro. All donations and Premium Subscription payments will not be refunded regardless of reason, circumstance or person. You are not entitled to a record of how your donation/payment is spent. Furthermore, donating/paying for a Premium Subscription in no way makes you immune from rules and regulations we enforce. Should you be removed from the website due to misconduct on your behalf, you will not recieve refunds or any kind of compensation. All monetary transactions are final.
