Here at vPyro, we take your privacy seriously. This document has been created as to raise awareness as to what personal/non personal details and information we and our forum software collects about you and, if applicable, how you can opt out. We are committed to protecting your personal details, and they are available to you at all times to correct errors. You can contact one of the administrators and ask them to change any personally identifiable information about you.
Email
From time to time, the Administration will send out emails to all, or selected members of the forums. These emails are usually related to important announcements, or can be personalized to be targeted at a specific criteria of people (such as non posters). You can opt out from receiving these communicative emails from vPyro in your User Control Panel. We hate spam and annoyances arriving in our inboxes as much as any ordinary internet user does, it is for this reason that we do not pass on or sell your email address to any third party.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files of information that are stored on your computer. We use cookies for one and only one reason at vPyro: They are used to keep you logged in to the forum and keep you logged in automatically when you visit again (If you ticked the Remember Me option during login). If it's your preference to not allow cookies from vPyro, you can delete them from your machine via "Delete Cookies set by this board" which is visible towards the bottom of the forum index. These cookies do not contain any personal information, they're simply technical files that store data. They're not readable by the eye, so they're safe.
